“Kasey has been my personal trainer for 4+ years. She has always tailored my training to what I need. When it's ski/snowboard season, she helps me with my core/balance/legs, but most of the time she helps me with upper body and strength training since I'm an avid dodgeball player. She always finds time to work out with me, whether it's late after work, early in the morning, or on weekends. If you don't have a gym, she'll invite you to one of the gyms she works at and she'll pay a training fee, so you don't have to pay a membership fee and join the gym. If you prefer not to train at the gym, she's open to training at the beach or at the park. ”

“I've been doing yoga with Kasey for about a few years now. Just like other reviewers have said, she is an incredible combination of knowledge, innovative physical workouts, and goofball humor. I love her yoga workouts that combine just the right amount of flow to generate some heat and poses to work on strength training and toning. She is very thorough in each class and takes in yogis' requests, but at the same time she is very intuitive and can read the students' needs and wants in the first few minutes.
